Can I pick up my POMDRUM instead of getting it delivered?
POMDRUMS can be picked up by prior arrangement, postage cost will be refunded on pickup. Delivery is preferred. If you sign up for our mailing list, we will update you on any events/ markets that we will be retailing the POMDRUMS directly from.

I don't like doing internet payments. Can I pay over the telephone?
We have chosen to use Paypal as our payment gateway, one of the most effective ways to protect yourself from identity theft is to keep your financial information private. PayPal enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with sellers. If you still prefer an alternative method of payment, we can accept bank deposits and personal cheques, all payments need to be cleared before products will be shipped, this would add a further two-three days to shipping times. This can be arranged by emailing through your order.

How safe is the metal clasp?
The metal clasps are optional and provided on request only. POMPOMUK would recommend that the metal clasp not be used where a child may access the drums. The clasps contain small parts and the spring action handle is very strong so may cause injury

How heavy are POMDRUMS?
The small drum weighs 2kg when empty and the large drum 3kg’s.  The drum is sturdy and should withstand general wear and tear

Are POMDRUMS waterproof?
The POMDRUMS are sealed with a water based sealant and then two coats of interior quality paint is applied over. This would allow minor spills and scuffs to be cleaned off but would not be classed as waterproof for external use. 

Can you stack the POMDRUMS?
The drums can be loosely stacked over but do not lock into place. We would not recommend stacking the drums if the POMDRUMS are to be accessed by children.
