Cooling Off
All POMDRUMS are made to order by hand, therefore your right to cancel or alter an order ends 24 hours after your order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you wish to terminate your agreement
Opt Out
We will always give you the option to unsubscribe to stop receiving further POMPOMUK messages
Payment
We accept PAYPAL as the preferred payment method
Damaged / Faulty Goods
All items at POMPOMUK are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Please note that POMDRUMS are produced from recycled drums which will have markings of general wear and tear.
Returns / Exchanges
POMPOMUK do not offer returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind, we will only replace items damaged in transit.
Delays
If any of our products are temporarily out of stock, we will try to contact you with the option to change or cancel your order
Liability
We accept no liability for any damage, injury or losses suffered from the misuse of the POMDRUMS. The POMDRUMS are not to be used as an instrument for play. The metal clasps are optional, POMPOMUK would recommend that the metal clasp not be used where a child may access the drums.
